What PCS Means to Me

by Hiu Sing Fan, Class of 2014

I'm a senior and this is my seventh year studying in PCS.  I came to PCS in sixth grade. I could barely say a word in English.  I still remember so clearly how every teacher gave me so much extra help trying to improve my language skill so I could communicate freely with all my classmates.

PCS is a school that consists of students who have special talents. This artistic environment has a big and positive effect on me.

PCS has provided me the best possible learning environment.  During my seven years studying in PCS, I learned to grow from a young 6th Grade trouble-maker to a more responsible and mature young man. The teachers have been supportive and the classmates have been sincere to me.   Every morning, I feel so comfortable stepping into the school, and everyone is really nice and kind, so PCS is like a home away from home for me.

There are just so many good things PCS has given me during the time I have been a student here.

There are just so many good things PCS has given me during the time I have been a student here.  A few years ago, I had a couple of occasions when I almost left PCS to go to other schools, schools that provided me with full scholarship and such, but at the end, it was the love and the deep emotion that I have for this school that made me stay.  I have experienced the best and most memorable days at PCS.  After leaving the school, I will always keep an eye on how the school is doing and come back whenever I have time to say hello to my teachers and my friends.  Thank you PCS.
