2025-2026 TUITION: $59,800 ($60,500 new seniors; $32,000 second semester)
PCS is pleased to offer need-based financial assistance to families who need help with the high costs of private education. Professional Children’s School’s Financial Aid Fund is designed to make a PCS education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Professional Children’s School uses the Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.
To get started, please go to the **Clarity Application** and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.
Please remember to check-in on your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application, as Professional Children’s School may require you to upload additional tax documentation.
If you need support during the process of completing your FA application, there is in-app support available through the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen, as well as email and phone support at support@clarityapp.com or 206-210-3752, in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.
Financial Aid applications are completely separate from the Admissions application and process, and FA applications should be completed at the same time the Admissions application is being completed.
The initial deadline for completing the financial aid application including relevant supplemental documents is January 15, 2026. After this date, financial aid applications may be completed, although there is no guarantee that FA funds will still be available. Grants typically range from 30% to 60% of tuition costs. Financial aid is awarded when the applicant is accepted for admission to Professional Children’s School, provided the FA application has been completed in full. Financial Aid Applications are reviewed beginning in January. Awards are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
